On the occasion of Women’s Day, Club Mahindra joins hands with Centum Foundation, a non-profit organisation located in Kandaghat, Himanchal Pradesh to train women with relevant skills in hospitality. In accordance with Mahindra Group completing its 75 years, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited will train 75-women. The initiative will support them to become economically independent and self-reliant with an increased chance to improved livelihood. It endeavours to provide adequate training in market-relevant skills to deserving underserved sections of the society. These 75-women will undergo training to be F&B support staff upon completion. The course will include imparting industry aligned “core employability skills” to meet the job/entrepreneurship requirements in the post covid-19 scenario. It will also ensure, at least, 70% trainees are placed in relevant jobs/entrepreneurship opportunities through post placement support.

The brand is also running a social media campaign #DiscoveredHerself giving an opportunity to women for sharing that talent/role they discovered in last one year – on a holiday or otherwise. The idea is channelized to motivate many other women looking for an opportunity to discover themselves or their hidden talents. Club Mahindra will reward 7 lucky women with Resort Credit Points.
