BMJ announces the launch of South Asia Healthcare Awards 2015

After the success of BMJ Awards India in 2014, another edition is here again this year. BMJ announces the launch of BMJ South Asia Awards 2015. This edition will be held on a large scale. The nominations are being sought across the South Asia region, from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Myanmar and Maldives. Nominations can be filed on BMJ website (http://southasiaawards.bmj.com/) till 14th August 2015.

This year nominations have been invited from the South Asia region and the categories will include healthcare quality, medical education, technological innovation and research, and clinical excellence. The winners and finalists of these categories will demonstrate true potential to influence change and improve health outcomes in South Asia.

Last year’s winners included teams from eminent institutions like All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) Pondicherry, Fortis Hospital, Mulund, Mumbai, and, and Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, among others.

This year BMJ Awards are back – on a scale larger than before. Join India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Myanmar, Maldives, as they celebrate Excellence in Healthcare this year!
