Adesaa Wellness Yoga Retreat launches with pop-up venue

The Mumbai-based startup intends to spread the light of India’s ancient yoga globally to integrate body, mind and soul
Adesaa Wellness Private Limited, a Mumbai-based startup wellness company, which see themselves as the flag bearers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s yoga initiative, on Thursday opened its door to encourage the world to practice India’s ancient yoga for a healthier life. The company, as its tagline – reconnect with yourself – intends to spread the light of India’s ancient yoga globally to integrate body, mind and soul.
The word Adesaa is derived from the Sanskrit language, which means a divine command from within. The unique feature of Adesaa Wellness is that one can experience the amalgamation of the best of ancient Indian traditions –Yoga, Meditation and Naturopathy. It provides some of the finest wellness retreat program, which helps understand the relationship between the nutrition and the functioning of body.
While making the announcement Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Samidha Rasaikar, Adessa Wellness Private Limited said, “Adesaa offers you the opportunity for physical, spiritual, and mental rejuvenation through yoga and meditation. There can be no better place to get one of the best learning techniques of yoga and meditation under one roof.”

It will be conducting multi-dimensional programs with the help of Yoga Pandit, Shri Gopinath Bhimaji Kedar. Adesaa works on all the eight limbs of yoga, which is known as the Ashtanga yoga. So, it will not just be the outer physical fitness but also the inner feel good factor and peace what you will experience. “I strongly believe in the power of positivity and hope to share this with everyone and help to honour their bodies through yoga practice. My mission is to spread awareness of India’s ancient yoga – a precious gift to mankind, which can pave the way towards a better society – and its unconditional benefits globally through Adesaa,” asserts Yoga Pandit, Shri Gopinath Bhimaji Kedar.
Adesaa Wellness Private Limited has joined hands with Nashik-based Pawa Group to redefined holistic wellness culture in India. “We are privileged to be a strategic partner with Adesaa, wherein, they will be conducting yoga and meditation workshops at our luxury property, Grape Country Tent Resort, which is Maharashtra’s first eco-resort with a bio-diversity park surrounded by 5000 acres of forest, with over 100 species of Flora and Fauna,” said Siddharth Wankhede, Director, Grape County Resort and Pawa Farms.
