Mumbai, May 11, 2018: JetPrivilege, the award winning loyalty and rewards programme and the frequent flyer programme of Jet Airways, has claimed top honors at the ACEF Global Customer Engagement Award. The award ceremony held in Mumbai, saw JetPrivilege winning:

 JetPrivilege’s re-defined new member on-boarding experience by adopting a gamified approach ensured that they won the Gold award for Digital Marketing, Innovative Loyalty Program. The new and enhanced process which was carefully structured to incentivize and reward members for their loyalty, was customized basis understanding each member’s travel behaviour with the objective of taking them a step closer to their end goal of a Free Flight faster. Through the gamification route of on-boarding new members, JetPrivilege has achieved the highest number of repeat log-ins with multi-fold increase in average session time and fastened activation rate.

The Gold award in the Email Marketing, Creativity category was won basis JetPrivilege’s direct email marketing campaign which enhanced the value generated for each member for the programme. This was accomplished by activating them on more than one category and getting a 46% increase in the programme activations as compared to last year, by promoting personalized and segmented offers to their member base.

 JetPrivilege won the Bronze award in the Email Marketing, Effectiveness category for the Hotels PNR Campaign. This initiative personalized members’ travel experience by integrating upcoming travel plans with a cross sell objective through the hotels.jetprivilege.com platform which drove incremental and measurable business results, simply with email marketing.

The Jury for the judging process comprised of celebrated industry names like Sergio Spaccavento, Executive Creative Director, Conversion (Italy); KV Sridhar, Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Hyper Collective, (India); Vani Gupta, Marketing Director – Indian Snacks, Foods, PepsiCo (India); Sujan Roy, Head-International Business, Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors (India) and Akshay Tapase Vice President-Marketing, YES BANK Limited (India) to name a few.
